We will gladly accept all garments for exchange within 7 days of purchase provided they are unworn. To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be purchased at full price, in original, unused, unworn condition with the swing tag still attached, no defects or stains, no smells and or any signs that the item has been worn, washed or used, or altered in any way. White school shirts can be tried on in-store in order to get your correct size. We will not exchange white school shirts if they have been opened and removed from their packaging. Exchanges may only be done in-store at the uniform shop.
Defective merchandise – all garments are personally quality checked before packing & sending, but in the unlikely event of receiving a defective garment, please come into the store to have the item exchanged.
